Originally engaged by Hallmark Channel to produce and direct a stylized, live-action spot with the entire cast of the Good Witch, the possibility of a big production quickly evaporated when Covid hit in March. Working with the amazing team at Hallmark Channel, we quickly pivoted the creative and developed an entirely CG spot, hinting at story lines through animation, tabletop props, and music, all while communicating the magic and romance of this highly successful series. And while big productions were impossible, hand delivering a simple lighting and audio setup to Catherine Bell’s home to deliver the final line of the spot worked out magically!

#1 SCRIPTED SERIES OF THE WEEK
The season six premiere of "Good Witch" boosted the cable network to rank as the highest-rated on cable in Weekend Total Day. Additionally, the debut established "Good Witch" as the #1 original scripted series of the week among Households, Women 18+ and Total Viewers.
Without the possibility of a shoot, we turned to custom modeling to feature these special props that were integral to the upcoming season
ORIGINAL LIVE ACTION CONCEPT
Pre-Covid, we were prepping for a full, live-action, motion-control shoot with the main cast of GOOD WITCH. Through a mix of visual effects, strong art direction, and a little magic we would move from the cast set in a 19th century painting tableau to the cast in modern-day, all within a single camera move.
